I got crazy on the treadmill a couple of weeks ago and wasn't able to use it again until last night. I walked for two 15 minute segments at 3.1 MPH. That gave me 2 activity points and I also wear my WW pedometer except for when I'm on the treadmill and got 6115 steps which gave me another AP. WW wants me to get at least 2 AP/day for now and work up to 4 - 6 APs a day because that's what's usually needed for maintenance and life time. All of the terms will be explained as I get to them in my weight loss journey (WLJ). I've already gotten 3 APs today and plan to get 1 more on the treadmill and have to account for my steps before I go to bed.
