I gained .2lbs last week and now a 3.6lbs gain this week. GAH!!! I need to buckle down and do what I need to do. But on the bright side, I made some changes that needed to be made. I hadn't been eating anything or drinking anything on weigh in day until I had weighed in at 6 PM. Also I would further dehydrate myself by working out on my treadmill. So, this week on weigh in day I ate my normal breakfast and then made sure that I stayed hydrated (48 oz of water with Mio) while I was working in the yard. I knew I was going to show a gain and this was an opportunity to start being reasonable about my weigh in. It was really crazy since the rest of what I do to lose weight with WW is so sensible. Next week I'm going to eat lunch on weigh in day, too.
